Records of the quantity and quality of municipal wastewater discharged into the recipient must be kept by the company, that is, another legal entity registered for sewerage and wastewater treatment that discharges it.

A business company, other legal entity or an entrepreneur is obliged to submit the data from the records of this law to the local government body responsible for municipal activities and to the business company registered for sewerage and waste water treatment, by January 31 of the current year for the previous year. Consolidated data from Article 16 para. 1 and 2 of this law, a business company, that is, another legal entity registered for sewerage and waste water treatment, submits it to the local government body responsible for communal activities and the Ministry and publishes it on its internet station by February 28 of the current year for the previous year.

The Wastewater Company publishes on its website all reports of accredited laboratories related to the quality of waste water, sludge, noise and air.
