Public procurement
Public procurement is a set of tasks and activities carried out by the contracting authority, in accordance with the Law on Public Procurement for the purpose of procuring goods, providing services or performing works, for which funds are provided, regardless of whether the goods, services or works have a public purpose. All announcements related to public procurement must comply with the principle of transparency of the law on public procurement. Transparency is achieved by publishing in the electronic public procurement system - CEJN, the documentation necessary for the implementation and realization of the public procurement procedure.
